To ensure everyone has a fair chance to book their appointment, kindly notify me of canceling at least 72 hours in advance. If you’re unable to cancel your appointment within that time frame, the following fees will be implemented : • Under 72 hours in advance = 50% of the cost of services booked • Under 24 hours = 75% cost of service booked •No-shows = 100% of the cost of services booked •Rescheduling: due to it being extremely difficult to fill a last minute reschedule under 72 hours, there will be a 50% fee. Before 72 hours will be free of charge. • In the occurrence of 3 or more consecutive cancels or reschedules, services may be denied. • Running late? Anything past 15 minutes being late will result in a $20 late fee. A credit card is always required to go on file when booking.
