To ensure everyone has a fair chance to book their appointment, kindly notify me of canceling at least 72 hours in advance. If you’re unable to cancel your appointment within that time frame, the following fees will be implemented : • 72 hours in advance = 25% of the cost of services booked • 48 hours in advance = 50% of the cost • 24 hours and under = 75% cost of service booked •No-shows will result in 100% of the cost of services booked •Rescheduling: due to it being extremely difficult to fill a last minute reschedule, there will be a 50% fee and half of that will go towards your next service. • In the occurrence of 3 or more consecutive cancels or reschedules, services may be denied. • Running late? Anything past 15 minutes being late will result in a $20 late fee. ‼️ If unfortunately emergency circumstances happen, please let me know so we can go about your cancel/ reschedule accordingly.
