CANCELLATION POLICY

Sometimes life gets wild, and we have to cancel our appointments. Certain circumstances are out of our control and I get it! To ensure everyone has a fair chance to book their appointment, kindly notify me of canceling at least 48 hours in advance. If you’re unable to cancel your appointment within that time frame, the following fees will be implemented : • Under 48 hours in advance = 50% of the cost of services booked • Under 24 hours = 75% cost of service booked •No-shows = 100% of the cost of services booked A credit card is always required to go on file when booking.
